The St. Clairs are
a team of Prudential Real Estate Professionals, specializing
in residential properties, investment and income properties,
and land in Eugene and Springfield, as well as surrounding
cities in Lane County, Oregon. In addition, they believe strongly
in devoting many hours to community

Adrienne St. Clair |
| In
1999, Adrienne joined Prudential Real Estate Professionals
as a Real Estate Broker and has been a Million Dollar Club
member and earned Outstanding Sales and Service Awards every
year since. From 2002-2003, she received the Prudential Chairman's
Circle Gold Award, selling in the top 4 percent internationally.
For 2005, she again received the Prudential Chairman's Circle Diamond award,
which put her in the top 1% internationally for that year.
As a young mother, Adrienne founded Oregon Nannies, Inc. with
business partner Jane Horn, and for ten years they developed
it into a successful nanny-placement service. Before that
she worked for Bon Marche as a Department Manager, garnering
numerous sales awards. Adrienne holds a Bachelor of Arts in
Art History from University of Arizona, and graduated from
Lane Community College's small business development program.

Ed St. Clair |
| Since 1972, Ed St. Clair has been a manager and/or owner of numerous commercial properties such as apartment complexes, duplexes, motels, cattle ranches and restaurants throughout the western United States. This expertise proved valuable when he joined Prudential Real Estate Professionals as a Real Estate Broker in 2000. Ed holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from University of Arizona. For 12 years Ed was a Cub Scout Den Leader and at times, Cubmaster, for Pack 316 in Eugene. As a Rotarian since 1982, Ed has participated in numerous civic and humanitarian projects including several trips to Colima, Mexico for the education related "Rotary Project Amigo," and to Uganda for the "Adopt A Village" project. Locally, Ed has received the "Golden Apple" award from the Eugene School District and is currently on the board of directors of the Lane Memorial Blood Bank, the organization which supplies blood to local hospital and surgery centers, including Peace Health's Riverbend facility. Additionally he has completed the training through Oregon State University for the Master Woodland Manager program and holds this designation. He also holds a commercial rotorcraft (helicopter) pilot's license. His areas of special expertise are in income and rural properties, and he is a member of, and past president of, the local commercial Realtors group — CID. Ed is familiar with the cultures of Asia and the Arabian Peninsula, and has assisted buyers from these areas in their purchase or sale of properties in the United States. |

James St. Clair |
| In 2004, James joined the St. Clairs and Prudential Real Estate Professionals as a Buyers Agent. James graduated from University of Washington with a BA in Sociology and received his Real Estate Certification from the Real Estate School of Oregon that same year. James works predominantly with investors and developers near the campus area, and with buyers looking for property in South and Central Eugene. Owning several campus investments himself, he offers a wealth of knowledge on purchasing, managing, and maintaining real estate investments. James is a member of the Rental Owners Association of Lane County and is heavily involved in non-profit work in Southern Oregon. |

Jane C. Horn |
| Jane
has been a Buyers Agent working with the St. Clairs and Prudential
Real Estate Professionals since 1999. For ten years prior,
she was a founder, owner and manager of Oregon Nannies, Inc.
in a business partnership with Adrienne St. Clair. Before
that Jane owned, managed and developed AZ lists in Connecticut
for five years, after a year working as a List Manager for
Garden Way Marketing and four years as a Direct Mail Marketer
for household/garden products for a variety of magazines in
New York City. Jane received Real Estate Certification from
Lane Community College in 1999. She holds an Associate degree
with emphasis in fashion merchandising from Tobe Coburn in
NYC. |

James Crane |
| James Crane is a graduate of the University of Vermont and has received an advanced degree in banking. He is Adrienne and Jane's brother and moved to Eugene after a long career in the financial services industry in Connecticut. Receiving his real estate Brokers license in 2007, he is highly knowledgeable in the financial aspects of real estate and works with buyers in helping them find the right property.
